Who we are

ATLS Hub (“ATLS Hub”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Atlas Ride Co SARL, registered in France. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What ATLS Hub does and doesn't do

ATLS Hub is a neutral availability aggregator. We list times and prices that transfer operators publish, and pass client enquiries on to the operator the client chooses.

ATLS Hub is not party to the transfer contract. The booking, payment, confirmation, vehicle, insurance, and travel itself are all between the client and the operator. ATLS Hub takes no payment from clients and offers no guarantee that any individual transfer will happen.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and trip information so the operator can confirm with you.
• Resolve any booking issues with the operator directly. ATLS Hub is not a payment processor or escrow service.
• Respect partner operators: be on time at the agreed pickup, treat the driver and vehicle with care.

Partner responsibilities

• Maintain a valid French SIRET or equivalent EU registration. Hold the licenses and insurance required to run transfers in your jurisdiction.
• Keep your availability listings honest. Don't post times you can't actually serve.
• Reply to leads promptly. Repeatedly ignored leads may result in removal from the network.
• Honour the 2.5% honour-system commission on confirmed bookings. This is reinvested in advertising for the partner network. ATLS Hub relies on partner integrity; persistent under-reporting will end your participation.
• Communicate any cancellations directly with the client. Update your slot listings to reflect actual availability.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to harvest data, send spam, impersonate other operators, or interfere with our infrastructure. We may remove accounts that breach these rules.

Limitation of liability

ATLS Hub provides the platform on an as-is basis. We don't guarantee availability, accuracy of partner listings, or the outcome of any transfer. ATLS Hub's total liability to any single user is limited to the fees paid to ATLS Hub by that user — which for clients is zero, since clients don't pay ATLS Hub.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or anything that French law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Bonneville, France (the competent court for our registered office), subject to consumer law rights.
