What ATLS Hub Is
ATLS Hub is a neutral booking board for transfer operators in the French Alps. Clients searching for a transfer see real-time availability from multiple operators, pick the one they want, and send an enquiry directly to that operator.
We are not a marketplace:
- We don't take the booking
- We don't take payment
- We don't act as a middleman
- You confirm the price, the pickup, the vehicle, and the trip
What we do: list your availability, deliver the enquiry to your inbox, and stay out of the way.
How We Make Money
We don't, in a hard sense. Operators contribute an honour-system 2.5% commissionon bookings that actually happen, reinvested into network advertising on Google, social, and travel publications. This is voluntary — there's no invoicing, no chasing, no contract.
If the model works, the network grows for everyone. If operators don't contribute, the advertising stops and the network shrinks. We trust you to do what's right for the platform.
The follow-up email we send your clients ("did the transfer happen?") is optional and opt-in. Default off.
Sign-Up — The Five Steps
01Open the invite link we sent you
We invite operators one at a time. The link looks like https://atlshub.com/invite/<long-id>. Open it in your browser.
If you haven't had an invite yet but operate transfers in the Alps, email us.
02Fill in the signup form
Your email is pre-filled and locked. You add your name, a password (12+ characters), and your company name exactly as you want it displayed publicly.
03Fill in your profile
You'll land on your partner dashboard. Click Profile and add: contact email (where enquiries arrive), phone, website, a short description for clients (1–3 sentences), SIRET, and VAT number if applicable.
The follow-up-emails toggle is off by default. Turn it on if you want us to send your clients a "did the transfer happen?" email a few days after travel.
04Wait for approval
Your account starts as "Awaiting approval". We verify your SIRET — usually within 24 hours. Listings you create meanwhile are saved but not yet visible publicly.
Email us your logoat this stage — PNG or SVG, at least 200px square, clean background. We'll add it to your public profile.
05Add your first availability slot
Availability in the top nav → + Add new. Pick the route (From → To dropdowns), departure date and exact time, total seats (1–16), price (EUR), type (private or shared), and optional notes.
Once approved, this slot appears in client search results. That's it.
Day-To-Day Workflow
When an enquiry comes in
You receive an email from noreply@atlshub.com with subject "New enquiry: [Client name] for [route]". It includes the client's name, email, phone, seats requested, flight info, and message.
Reply to the client directly by email — confirm price, pickup details, payment method. ATLS Hub is not in the loop after the enquiry is sent.
Update lead status as the conversation progresses
On your Leads inbox, click the lead and set status:
- New — just arrived, no contact yet
- Quoted — you replied with a price (enter the quoted price)
- Confirmed — client booked and paid (enter confirmed price; this is the basis for the 2.5% commission)
- Completed — transfer happened
- Lost— client booked elsewhere, no-response, or you couldn't service it
Honest status tracking is what makes the monthly attribution work. If you don't mark a booking confirmed, we have no way to count it.
Add more availability, close slots when needed
Add slots anytime. The more you list, the more enquiries you get. Listings auto-expire after their departure time — no maintenance. Close a slot if you've taken a private booking that uses the vehicle.
Monthly Report
On the 1st of each month, you receive a summary email:
- Leads received
- Leads confirmed
- Total confirmed value
- 2.5% commission owed
Commission is honour-system — we don't invoice, you don't pay through us. When you're comfortable, send the contribution to the ATLS Hub bank account listed in the report.
Common Questions
Do I have to use ATLS Hub exclusively?
No. List with us and with anyone else you want. No exclusivity.
What if I can't service an enquiry?
Mark it as Lost in your inbox. The client sees other operators in their search results.
Can clients book through ATLS Hub instead of emailing me?
No. By design. We never touch the booking. You build the client relationship directly.
Can other operators see my prices?
Your prices are visible to clients searching the public site (that's the point), but not to other partner accounts. Each partner sees only their own dashboard.
How do I close my account?
Email us at hello@atlshub.com. We remove your listings within 24 hours.
