Who we are
ATLS Hub is operated by Atlas Ride Co SARL, registered in France with its head office in Morzine, Haute-Savoie. For any privacy question, write to privacy@atlshub.com.
What we are and aren't
ATLS Hub is a neutral aggregator. We list availability that transfer operators publish on our platform; clients enquire with the operator they choose. We do not sell transfers ourselves— the operator takes payment and confirms the booking directly. This affects what personal data we hold and for how long.
Data we collect from clients
When you send an enquiry through the site, we collect:
- Your name, email, phone number, the number of seats requested, your flight number and time (if you provide them), and any message you write to the operator.
- We share this with the operator you chose so they can confirm your booking.
- If the operator has opted in to follow-up emails, we may send you one short message after your travel date asking whether the transfer happened. We only ask once.
Legal basis: contract performance (you sent us an enquiry expecting it to be passed to a partner) and our legitimate interest in maintaining a trustworthy aggregator.
Data we collect from partners
Transfer operators who sign up store: company details (name, SIRET, TVA, contact email/phone, website, description), availability listings, and the leads they receive through the platform. Account holders also store name and a hashed password through our auth provider.
Legal basis:contract performance — we provide a service the partner asked for.
Who we share data with
- The partner you enquired with, so they can confirm your booking. We never share your data with other partners or with third parties for marketing.
- Supabase (our database and authentication provider, hosted in Ireland, EU) under a data processor agreement.
- Resend (our transactional email provider) for sending lead notifications, follow-up emails and partner reports. Data passes through their infrastructure briefly when an email is sent.
- Vercel (our hosting provider) for serving the website itself.
How long we keep data
- Client enquiries: kept for 12 months after the travel date for partner attribution, then anonymised.
- Partner company and account data: kept while your account is active, plus 12 months after closure for accounting.
- Email logs: standard Resend retention (a few days).
Your rights
Under RGPD you can:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct mistakes
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention)
- Ask us to export your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe we've handled your data unlawfully

Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary cookie for sign-in sessions. We don't use analytics or tracking cookies. Because the sign-in cookie is essential to the service, we don't show a cookie banner.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we'll update the date at the top and notify partners by email.
